Long Time Readers Know
That I have long believed it is the media that is the problem in our nation. They certainly influenced the last election by what they covered and didn’t. That subtle support of leftist causes continues. Here are examples:
The NYT headlines, and the MSM reports all covered that the Taliban had established a new government. They all made a mention that there were no women in the leadership. You know what they didn’t mention?
None (outside the conservative sites) mentioned that four of the five terrorists traded for Bo Bergdahl were in leadership positions in the new government.
Now isn’t that something that should be big news? It certainly is to me and shows a poor decision to release them. Yet, as of this writing, I am guessing over 70% of the nation does not know this.
In my opinion, from what I’ve learned, Bo Bergdahl walked out on his own. We had brave warriors hurt in trying to find him. He was traded for five Gitmo terrorists who we were told were no longer in the fight.
We were either lied to, mislead, or naive. Choose which one.
Ask yourself, if a Conservative had made this trade would it have led the news today?
The MSM has covered it up. Disgusting.
While on Afghanistan
Why isn’t the MSM talking about why the planes holding over 100 Americans and 1000 Afghan nations are not leaving Kabul Airport? The charges by conservative groups are that our State Department is holding it up and not the Taliban.
Aren’t they curious as to why?
Was the leaked email from the State Department confirming that the Biden administration refused to grant permission for private evacuation flights from Afghanistan to land in third countries, even though the administration was aware official authorization was needed for them to do so, real?
Don’t they want to know why and inform us? Why no interest in finding out the truth?
Why, too, aren’t the media calling the administration on the initial claim they freed an American family this week? As soon as they said it, the warriors on the ground who did it said the administration was lying and they did it.
Doesn’t the media care about truth any more?
And while they’re at it, how about asking the administration how many Americans and Afghan supporters have they gotten released since they pulled out Aug. 30th. Didn’t they claim there would be many? What’s the number? Maybe they know it’s zero (outside the false claim above) and don’t want to embarrass the administration?
Another Issue They Should Be Looking At
The Intercept site obtained over 900 pages of documents (as part of a Freedom of Information Act request) against the National Institutes of Health. The documents detail how EcoHealth Alliance, a U.S.-based nonprofit group that supports field research on coronaviruses around the world, awarded federal funding to study bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Details include two previously unpublished grant proposals that were funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (Dr. Fauci).
Why is the MSM (and administration) not interested in getting to the bottom of where this Coronavirus began? Don’t we deserve to know?
On the virus, do you know deaths passed 650,000 yesterday from it? Remember when numbers were the lead story everyday? What happened?
Someone asked the other day what were the total deaths on the day Joe Biden took office. The answer just shy of 400,000.
Joe Manchin And the $3.5 Trillion Bill
Again, long time readers know we think Joe Manchin talks a good game to fool people then goes along with his party. Well, we rest our case today as the New York Times has written this about $3.5 trillion spending plan:
Last week, Senator Joe Manchin, the West Virginia Democrat, published an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal calling for “a strategic pause” on the $3.5 trillion bill. Taken at face value, his position could doom the bill, since his vote is needed.
But Manchin frequently makes high-profile statements to distance himself from party leaders — and protect his image in deep-red West Virginia — while ultimately agreeing with Democrats on most issues, especially on economic policy. “Joe, at the end, has always been there,” Biden told CNN yesterday. “I think we can work something out, and I look forward to speaking with him.”
I rest my case.
California Election
There’s a lot of talk about the election and how California might throw out their Democratic Governor next week.
Don’t listen to it.
The election won’t be close enough to keep you up.
Here’s all the proof you need. President Biden is going out to campaign for Newsom. Think about that. If there was any chance Newsom could lose would they send Biden out? Of course not. They know how many mail in ballots came in and where this is headed.
