Each Day I….

“Each day I always think I’ve heard it all, and each day following surprises me.”

The quote above came from a loyal reader yesterday, and isn’t it oh so true!
With that let’s see what surprises us today.

this can’t be real – can it?

The Biden’s administration has reopened the temporary Influx Care Facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas to care for children? The SAME ONE where they said that “Trump was keeping kids in cages?” Yes, that one.
WAIT, how can that be? Wasn’t it so cruel and inhumane? Where’s the outrage? Where are the pictures?
The Biden team said they need a temporary housing place for kids and to protect them from adults. DUH!!! Wasn’t that the same reason the Trump administration did it for a month? Unaccompanied children at the border?

No coverage in the MSM? Of course not. The press is the problem.

And this is just the beginning of immigration issues with the ill considered immigration Executive Order to stop all the Trump administration was doing.

By the way, a federal court in Texas issued an injunction today against President Biden’s 100-day deportation pause. They said the Inauguration Day decision was too rash and the new administration has failed to justify it.

Oh really

Remember the NYT story that so widely reported and accepted that Officer Sicknick was killed by the rioters who hit hime with a fire extinguisher at the Capital?

Well in an interview, his Mother (Gladys) said it wasn’t true.
Not true? Wait the NYT broke it. How could it not be true?
She said, he may have suffered a fatal stroke, but unequivocally denied that he was killed due to being bludgeoned by a fire extinguisher.
Pretty sad isn’t it?
The same NYT whose reporters won Pulitzers for breaking the false Russian Collusion story. Another false NYT story? Can it be?

She also noted that though it’s been more than a month since the riot, the family still remains in the dark about key details. “He wasn’t hit on the head, no,” she said. “We think he had a stroke, but we don’t know anything for sure. We’d love to know what happened.”

The press is the problem.

wait now, didn’t we impeach for inciting?

Yesterday was the first congressional hearing on what happened Jan 6th. We’ve asked here since that day, where was the security?
Of course Pelosi, her team and Senate Democrats didn’t wait.
They impeached the President for inciting the crowd that day. They were judge and jury without finding out the facts.
Yesterday we heard this:
All three of the former top officials responsible for security on Capitol Hill testified today that they didn’t get the FBI memo warning of violence and “war” on Jan. 6.
The three, Sund, Irving and former Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger, all resigned after the insurrection.

Wait, read that again. The top security officials say they were not warned.

Former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Sund said a member of the intelligence division at USCP did review the memo, but that “it didn’t go any further than that.”

He clashed with former House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving over the timing of asking for National Guard assistance.

Sund says he asked for National Guard assistance at 1:09 pm, but that Irving did not approve the assistance until 2:10pm.

Irving says he has no recollection of receiving the request for approval until after 2 pm. Hmm, “no recollection.” Where have I heard that before?
The chief of D.C.’s police department, Robert Contee, blamed the Pentagon for the slow response. “I was stunned at the response from the Department of the Army,” he said.

In the end all the top officials responsible for the security of the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 attack told a congressional panel on Tuesday that faulty intelligence hampered their ability to prepare for the day and riot.

Got that? And we impeached Donald Trump for the day! Fair?

Here’s the Washington Post headline today. Wait, I thought it was Donald Trump?

that jan. 6 Commission Pelosi wants

Yesterday we told you that Nancy Pelosi wants a commission to investigate (and I assume blame the former President of) 7 Democrats and 4 Republicans. We said that sounded unfair.
There has been pushback. Here’s a story about the 9-11 commission that proves we once had morals. It’s from Politicio, no right wing fan:

When Republican TOM KEAN became head of the 9/11 Commission, he got a call from TIM RUSSERT asking him to come on “Meet the Press.” Kean said he’d only appear if his Democratic counterpart on the commission, LEE HAMILTON, were invited too.

Russert balked, so Kean — believing the only way for the commission to work was for it to look and act completely bipartisan — told him to “find someone else.” Russert called him back five minutes later and relented. And the commission, which was split evenly between Republicans and Democrats, went on to become one of the most praised instances of bipartisan oversight in modern history.

Here we are twenty years later, Speaker NANCY PELOSI is calling for a “9/11-style” commission to investigate Jan. 6. But instead of equal representation, Pelosi’s initial recommendation is for the panel to be made up of seven Democratic-appointed members and four Republican-appointed ones.

That would be a mistake, the leaders of the original commission, Kean and Hamilton, told Playbook. Republican voters will never accept the findings if there’s even a whiff of the investigation being driven by Democrats.

“That does not sound to me like a good start; it sounds like a partisan beginning,” Hamilton told us. Kean echoed that, warning that “unless you have equal representation … the report won’t have as much confidence from the American people. It won’t be as reliable.”

Have you heard this in the MSM? Of course not. It’s the press folks.

and to limit what you do hear

Democrats, led by Reps. Anna G. Eshoo and Jerry Mc-Nerney, both California Democrats, blasted off a letter this week to major cable providers such as Comcast, Verizon and Cox and to digital companies including Roku, Apple and Hulu.
The letters asked the companies what they have done to prevent misinformation and lies from being aired on their platforms.

“Are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, OANN and Newsmax on your platform both now and beyond the renewal date?” they wrote. “If so, why?”

They want these news outlets taken off the air! Do you think those stations are the issue? I think it’s the MSM, but not them.

they do this under cover of no coverage

While they demand that, the ratings for last week have come out and:
Fox News dominated last week during daytime and prime-time viewing.
This from the offical source, Nielsen Media Research.
Fox had a peak audience of 2.5 million viewers. MSNBC followed with 1.9 million and CNN with 1.6 million.

Now consider this. Joe Biden got 81 million votes, right?
Well he held a Town Hall last week on CNN. How did the ratings go?

“Tucker Carlson Tonight” delivered the highest-rated cable news program in all categories with 3.5 million viewers — besting CNN’s heavily promoted town hall with Mr. Biden.
Sean Hannity held second place with 3.1 million viewers for his nightly hour.

What happened to those 81 million? Why didn’t they watch?

Did you hear this news in the MSM? Why not? Its the press folks.

let’s see what today brings.
