After The Weekend…

Remarkable the speed with which this impeachment movement has gained momentum. Makes you wonder what people knew and when they knew it.

We won’t dwell on it today, but it comes down to this. It’s a gamble for everyone. For the President, his legacy, future and time in office is on the line. For his accusers they run the risk of overstepping. For the nation. we could be headed for a divide that magnifies and leaves us as such for a long time.

So it comes down to this. If the Democrats prove Trump tried to subvert America, they will win the White House and both houses of congress. If they are wrong they could lose it all.

For Republicans the bad news is the house passes impeachment and Senate candidates in key states like Georgia, Arizona and Maine are on the spot.

For Democrats the house members in districts Trump won are on the spot to vote for impeachment as well as senators from states like Alabama.

It’s a political tightrope for both sides.

For the nation, it’s truly an issue we don’t need. We had the Russian collusion controversy for two and a half years and now this. Why not just let the American people vote in 13 months and decide?

It’s exactly because that election is so close the House is moving so fast. Is that right?

Finally the joke of the weekend was the Biden campaign asking the MSM not to out Rudy Giuliani on TV because he was spreading “false, debunked conspiracy theories”‘ on behalf of his client.
Really? So how come the man “with proof” Adam Schiff is front and center for the Democrats?
That was an incredible request and shows the comfort level between Biden and the press.

Here’s a response from Nikki Haley on those attacking Biden.
“Leave Joe Biden alone? So are you telling us that what Biden did was ethical and moral? Where are the questions about the conflict of interest that occurred from Biden’s actions and the issues with his son? This response is embarrassing.”

And the battle goes on
