Some Thoughts ….

First on the shooting in Florida. Why, why is this happening so much more? Why didn’t it happen in the past? That is the first question to try and understand what to do. Why?

On solutions, what does gun control mean? Outlaw the AR15? We are fine with that. Why is it needed anyway?
But is that going to solve the problem? Short of going home to home (like Australia) and taking every gun, how is that going to help? Someone will use pistols, bombs or other means.
We ask again.
You outlawed drugs and how is that working out? In fact, many of the same people yelling the loudest to outlaw guns use illegal drugs. Once again choosing what laws they decide to follow.

Mental health is an issue too. We don’t want to stigmatize people by keeping records and taking anyone off the streets. Just think of the ACLU going to court for the right of the homeless to be on the street and not taken to shelters. “It is their right”. They don’t want any records known or shared.
Well it our right to protect society and our children and grandchildren too.

So, we think outlawing the AR15 and stricter checks and control on who gets access to guns is good. But not the total answer. The other side saying we must do more on mental issues is also right, but not the total answer. It is both.
And, then answering the question why.

Finally there is this. We will hear in the MSM all about gun control. We bet when they finish looking into the background of this killer there were many warnings. We bet the police were alerted many times, the school system knew and the social aspects were there. We bet when he purchased his gun there was no record of any issue. They were not done to protect his rights. So 17 died and families destroyed for his rights.
Answer the why too if you want a total solution.

Other news:

It appears that Richard Gates a former Trump campaign advisor is making a deal with Mueller. What about? That is unknown but it may be related to financial dealings he had with foreign countries. In either case the MSM will make a big deal of this so get ready.

Speaking of this where is the Democratic memo that Schiff was so vocal about? It was sent back to him on FBI concerns. Awful quiet isn’t it since? Makes you wonder if it was all a sham on their part to muddy the Republican one. Will we ever get real facts and truth?

Can you believe they had four votes on immigration yesterday and of course none passed. Of the four the President’s plan, which we continue to support got the least amount of votes. Can you believe that congress can’t solve this?  I am beginning to wonder if they want to. More on this next week.

ABC ran another big segment on a Trump affair in 2006 with a Playboy Playmate. Why? It was consensual. It was 10 years before he announced for the Presidency. It’s not a surprise. It’s between him and his wife. The station that refuses to talk to Juanita Broderick and others is running headline segments on this. Shameful
