With nothing more to add to yesterday’s thoughts on the elections we have a few stories to share that the MSM hasn’t had time for.
A Story We Think They Should Have Covered:
Remember when we were told that in attacking and killing Osama Bin Laden the Navy Seals also captured computers, memoranda, photos, audio files, even a 228-page handwritten diary ?
It was called “the single largest collection of senior terrorists materials ever”. Did you hear anymore about it? Why not?
The answer is because President Obama promptly put almost all of it under lock and key.
Earlier this year with the new administration the records were petitioned by Thomas Joscelyn and Bill Roggio, who are senior fellows of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and editors of its Long War Journal
As a member of Congress, Mike Pompeo sympathized with their efforts. Now as CIA director, he has released 470,000 documents, images and computer files.
Here’s a first read from them on the documents:
For one, it’s clear that “when U.S. forces knocked down his door,” bin Laden was not, as Mr. Obama had portrayed him, in retirement or a mere figurehead. Right up until the last moments of his life he “was communicating with subordinates around the globe.”
As for Al Queda, it was not, as Mr. Obama repeatedly claimed, “on the run” or “on the path to defeat.” It was expanding and strategically reorganizing.
Perhaps most significant to current policy debates is a 19-page assessment by a senior Al Queda operative attesting that the Islamic Republic of Iran supplied its “Saudi brothers” in Al Queda with “everything needed” to battle the U.S. — visas, money, arms and even “training in Hezbollah camps in Lebanon.”
Iran also provided safe haven for Al Queda fighters “in exchange for striking American interests in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.” In a separate memo, bin Laden himself makes clear that by 2007 Iran had become Al Queda’s “main artery for funds, personnel and communication.”
They end the assessment with this:
“Which brings us back to the question: Why didn’t President Obama want this material released? I’m afraid the answer is obvious: It would have bolstered opposition to his nuclear deal — his agreement to provide Tehran with legitimacy and billions of dollars while ignoring its ballistic missile program, continuing sponsorship of terrorism and egregious human rights violations; all in exchange for the regime’s promise to delay a nuclear weapons program whose existence it denies”.
Interesting isn’t it? See if you hear it on the MSM.
More Abuse Stories From Hollywood and Friends:
Kristina Cohen, an actress who has appeared in “Californication’’ and the Web’s “Ladies Like Us’’, wrote on Facebook that she was attacked by former “Gossip Girl” star Ed Westwick at his home.
She wrote: “I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could, but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to xxx me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn’t speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me.”
Did you hear on the MSM that Jesse Jackson was accused of sexual assault? If not here’s the headline:
Danielle Young, who works as a writer and producer for The Root, published a 2,000-word document alleging that Jackson inappropriately touched her as they took a photo together at an event where Jackson served as the keynote speaker. “I walked toward Jackson, smiling, and he smiled back at me,” Young wrote. “His eyes scanned my entire body. All of a sudden, I felt naked in my sweater and jeans. As I walked within arm’s reach of him, Jackson reached out a hand and grabbed my thigh, saying, ‘I like all of that right there!’ and gave my thigh a tight squeeze”.
Young is the second person to accuse Jackson of sexual harassment. Jackson was also accused of sexual harassment when a former employee filed a formal complaint against Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH coalition in Chicago.
If it were Ben Carson and not Jackson would the MSM have covered this?
BTW, Jesse a former Trump friend, made a speech a month ago in which he said Trump “would not qualify to get into Jesus’ kingdom”. I guess he thinks that his history including a child from out of wedlock and charges like these will allow him in?
Meanwhile the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a rumored Hollywood pedophile ring after Corey Feldman filed a formal police report identifying the men he claims sexually abused him as a child.
Add that heartbreaking story by the Boston reporter who told how Kevin Spacey assaulted her son and think how he has acted since the stories broke. First he comes out gay, then he enters the same rehab that Harvey Weinstein did. There’s more to come on him.
Here’s another… Benjamin Genocchio, a prominent and influential figure in the art world, who had recently stepped down as editor of Artnet News to become director of the Armory Show, a top international art fair.
Well, five women said they experienced unwelcome touching by Mr. Genocchio, and a total of eight said he made sexually inappropriate comments to them. An additional 11 people said they observed or knew about Mr. Genocchio making these comments, often in the workplace.
Guess who he was for in the last election.
There are more breaking stories on Hollywood types and charges that we will leave for now. But isn’t it interesting this holier than thou group that continually calls us names for what we believe and live is really a cesspool? Their moralizing and judging is amazing. Clean up your own house before you do anything else.
